Business Analyst & CRM Coordinator

Serves as company Microsoft Dynamics CRM Coordinator. Designs and creates data visualizations (reports and dashboards) in Power BI and Tableau. Provides monthly Marketing and Sales KPI reports. Conducts sales coverage gap analysis. Creates and analyzes predictive analysis purchase models.

Responsibilities

  • Previous project management experience is a plus.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience with SQL; understanding relational database architecture and data cubes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Analytics, Information Management, or related major required.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience required.
