Thompson Machinery is pleased to announce that Jeff Gorin has been promoted to the position of Compact Construction Equipment Sales Manager.
Jeff joined Thompson Machinery in 2013 with the Marketing Department, as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR). He progressed to Lead ISR within a few months, and in April 2015 was promoted to Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) Sales Representative covering the Middle TN/Nashville area. Previous to joining Thompson, Jeff gained industry management experience at Oldcastle Precast in Georgia and Maschmeyer Concrete Company in Florida. Jeff’s understanding of compact equipment, marketplace trends and customer base combined with the increased demand for these products make him an ideal fit for this role.
In his new role, among other duties, Jeff will oversee the Compact Construction Equipment Representatives in middle Tennessee, help develop CCE sales strategies company-wide and collaborate with Sales Operations for forecasting and inventory needs.
