Corporate Development Analyst
 
 
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance required.
  • 3+ years of previous work experience with investment banking, private equity firm or related financial services.
  • Strong accounting, financial modeling, quantitative, business writing and presentation skills.
  • General experience in multiple industry segments.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive drive; strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Assist with evaluation of M&A and financial transactions, capital structuring, financial modeling, industry and comparable company analysis.
  • Conduct due diligence on companies in connection with the valuations for merger and acquisition, joint venture transactions, and/or securities offerings.
  • Analyze industries and assess competitive dynamics.
  • Support existing core business process improvement activities.

  • Know and follow all Company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, fully participating in Company accident prevention and safety improvement activities.
  • Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, protective gloves, and protective clothing and footwear as required by the job.

  • Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all time, meeting all Company standards for professionalism.

  • Meet all eligibility requirements to drive Company vehicles, including a current, valid driver’s license issued by the resident State, and maintain current motor vehicle liability insurance. 
Physical Requirements
  • Pass pre-employment background check, physical exam including drug screen, and meet all physical requirements for the position. 
  • Able to lift 20-50 pounds occasionally.
