Job Profile: Industrial Power Systems Manager
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred degree in engineering or related field.
  • Deep understanding of Industrial Power Systems, from concept to execution.
  • Keen attention to detail and adept organizational skills.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and deadline-driven mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
  • Proven capability to lead independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with 3D modeling experience preferred.
  • Expertise in MS-Office applications, with a knack for impactful presentations.
  • Previous experience with emission reporting and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Flexibility for travel
Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic business development and nurture existing accounts.
  • Innovate alongside engineers to conceptualize and craft bespoke power solutions.
  • Streamline supply chain, inventory, and logistics for seamless operations.
  • Oversee Service Department coordination for maintenance and packaging.
  • Manage end-to-end Application and Installation processes, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain rigorous emission reporting and facilitate comprehensive audits.

  • Embrace Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the role.
