Marketing Coordinator – Content Creator
The Marketing Coordinator Content Creator supports the marketing and sales departments by facilitating internal and external collaboration and by assisting with the content for campaigns and programs. With responsibilities ranging from photography/videography to graphic design, the Marketing Coordinator Content Creator brings creativity and organization to all projects. The Content Creator fosters a dealership-wide culture of teamwork, serving as the point of contact for all things content. The Content Creator also manages relationships with suppliers, vendors, creative agencies and advertising and PR firms to ensure alignment with the dealership’s brand and standards.
Exceptional project management and leadership skills are also critical, as the Content Creator directs content creation, planning, and execution for multiple events and projects simultaneously. They carry out promotional content campaigns, identify target audiences and evaluate current trends.
The goal of the Marketing Coordinator is to raise awareness that drives sales, service, or product while also helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. Day to day, he or she may create social copy and content, edit photography/videography content, build relationships with sales teams, and otherwise support all marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related major (minimum GPA 3.0)
  • Strong verbal, written, and influencing communication skills
  • Two or more years of relevant work experience or project management desired
  • Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to prioritize own schedule and organize workload effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
  • Create, execute, and oversee advertising and marketing campaigns. 
  • Writing clear and error-free content for a website that reflects the company’s voice 
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification 
  • Collaborate with other departments (parts, service, sales, rental, etc.) to manage the brand, identify key players and coordinate actions 
  • Capture, edit and produce videos for our leaders, events, and promotion 
  • Graphic Design skills, Photoshop/ Indesign / Adobe Suite 
  • Animate/Capture, stories, social media, and miscellaneous projects 
  • Maintain and organize studio and equipment 
  • Assist in maintaining video archive 
  • Concept, write, edit, and produce scripts as needed 
  • Helping Maintain and grow social media audiences
  • Collaborate with a team lead to create effective marketing 
  • Responsible for creating and managing a content/campaign calendar 
  • Working with multiple divisions (sales, rental, power, etc) to edit and modify copy to meet their content expectations 
  • Know and follow all Company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, fully participating in Company accident prevention and safety improvement activities.
  • Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, protective gloves, and protective clothing and footwear as required by the job.

  • Meet all eligibility requirements to drive Company vehicles, including a current, valid driver’s license issued by the resident State, and maintain current motor vehicle liability insurance. 
Physical Requirements
  • Pass pre-employment background check, physical exam including drug screen, and meet all physical requirements for the position. 
  • Able to lift up to 20-50 pounds occasionally.
