LO QUE HARÁS
The Sales Support Specialist position is responsible for providing administrative support to dealership Sales staff members with the coordination and processing of equipment sales. The positions will work closely with Sales Operations on sales transactions and records, warranty enrollment, and customer billing processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create sales agreements and shipping documents for transport of equipment
- Ayuda en la preparación y distribución de documentos comerciales, informes y documentación de ventas y marketing para su análisis.
- In office, M-F (8 am – 5 pm)
- Inventory management of equipment at Thompson Machinery or other locations
- Gather materials and process sales transactions, interacting with Accounting Department for customer invoicing

- Use the Dealer’s business system to extract customer and equipment information
- Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership
- Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Occasionally lifting 25 – 30 lbs
- Frequent hand use for typing, phone, materials, and tasks
- Work outdoors with safety PPE required
- Other assigned duties
- Se requiere el título de bachillerato (o equivalente).
- Tres o más años de experiencia pertinente.
- Capaz de utilizar el equipo de oficina estándar: ordenadores, calculadoras, impresoras, fotocopiadoras y fax.
- Competente en el uso de aplicaciones básicas de Microsoft, Lotus Notes, navegadores web, y debe ser capaz de desarrollar la capacidad funcional en el uso de software propietario.
- Capaz de comunicarse eficazmente con clientes, compañeros de trabajo, proveedores y directivos.
- Demostrar aptitud para ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente y representar a Thompson Machinery de forma profesional.
- Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information.
