A new level of rental equipment availability and support was introduced to the Nashville area with the Grand Opening of the new Cat Rental Store at Thompson Machinery on June 22. Our new location, conveniently located at 1333 Foster Avenue in central Nashville, welcomed over 250 guests with an event that featured rental machines displays, lunch, prizes, music, and some special attractions.
Guests were treated to a barbeque lunch catered by Tex’s World Famous BBQ while enjoying music from country singer Bryan Lee Moffitt. A range of machines ready to rent were on display, including Cat® compact machines and Genie and JLG lifts. Genie representatives were on hand to greet guests and answer their questions, as were representatives of Thompson’s SiTech Tri-Rivers division.
Numerous door prizes, including Cat portable generators, were given away to attendees. Adding to the fun of the event was a Monster Truck display and a special visit by Nashville Predators mascot “Gnash”, accompanied by members of the Predators Ice Girls Team.
