Position Specific Description
This entry level position as Risk Management Analyst will assist the Director, Risk Management with risk identification, assessment, reduction, management, and avoidance. This position will support the workflow process regarding multiple insurance policy renewal, internal claim process and exposure data management.  Will collaborate with the Director to review and purchase insurance programs, manage claims and loss control activities, and will manage relationships with third party service providers including brokers and insurers.
Reporting to the Director of Risk Management, the position will be based in LaVergne, Tennessee. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for gathering information related to marketing and administration of the insurance programs such as exposures by location.
  • Maintain and analyze insurance policy files for accuracy as well as document policies received post-renewal in Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS).
  • Maintain monthly equipment and vehicle schedules to upload in Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS).
  • Request and provide Certificates of Insurance for Operations and Insured Providers
  • Assist in data collection, administer claim tracking, and reconcile all internal claims related to captive rental equipment coverage to support claim collection process and audit.
  • Responsible for all Claims reporting to Third Party Claims Administrator (TPA) as well as assisting in gathering appropriate documents related to the investigation and documentation of internal claim file.
  • Support Director of Risk Management in the handling of all other claims processes including subrogation efforts.
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Risk Management or equivalent experience
  • ARM (Associate in Risk Management), CPCU or other applicable certification preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
  • Entry Level experience working in the risk management function
  • Finance and/or Project Management experience preferred
Expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience in preparing written and oral reports.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work on cross-functional activities and form solid business relationships across all departments & locations
  • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines
  • Sound judgment skills
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance policies and certificates of insurance
  • Ability to review endorsements and policies to confirm corporate compliance
  • Able to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information, and maintain confidentiality
