Option 1: Download and Fill Out Electronically

  1.  Download the Thompson credit application form here.
  2.   Fill out the form electronically.
  3.   Print and sign the completed form.
  4.   Email the signed form to creditapp@tmcat.com.

Option 2: Handwritten Submission

  1. Print the Thompson credit application form.
  2. Handwrite your information on the form.
  3. Sign the completed form.
  4. Email the signed form to creditapp@tmcat.com.

If your business is tax-exempt, please provide a clear copy of your signed tax certificate along with the application.
