Automatic hammer operation

Provides blank firing protection by stopping piston movement when no material is beneath the tool. An internal buffering system helps reduce machine vibration, and standard silencing supports operation in noise-regulated environments.

Adjustable impact control

Allows operators to select high piston speed or maximum power settings. An oil-fired operating cycle delivers power with each blow, while critical hydraulic components are protected within the hammer housing.

Simplified service design

Includes standard onboard autolube for continuous greasing during operation. Features a slip-fit, 90-degree rotatable lower bushing for field replacement, an oil-fired design that eliminates gas charge checks, and convenient maintenance access points.

Integrated asset tracking

Cat asset tracking is available on all hammers. Attachment location and status can be monitored in VisionLink™, and geofence alerts can be configured when assets leave designated site boundaries.
