JOB PROFILE
The ISR Supervisor is responsible for maintaining monthly analytic reports including, but not limited to, ISR scorecards, lead generation reports, and commission statements, and has the responsibility to communicate and update the ISR staff on Caterpillar and Thompson Machinery marketing programs.  The ISR Supervisor works directly with the Director of Marketing to help manage multiple analytical and reporting tools, while concurrently communicating information to all other ISR’s, and manages a defined territory of assigned accounts, as needed.
 
ISR Supervisor should be results-oriented, self-directed, with strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.  Candidates must also possess a high degree of professionalism, adaptability, and integrity.  High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.  Territory travel for coaching and mentoring related work assignments or training is required.
 
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-2 years of work experience as an ISR at a Cat dealer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or related major
  • Academic excellence with marketing, sales, and quantitative interest/competence
  • Exhibits sales skills necessary to sell premium products.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
  • Flexible, adaptable, and geographically mobile
  • Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment is also beneficial. 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Recruit, hire, onboard/train ISR staff; continuously mentor and provide ISR’s recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and report ISR monthly income statement, productivity KPIs, ROAS (return on advertising spend), Caterpillar metrics.
  • Ensure action is taken and leads are followed through; follow up call process for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage call tracking numbers; utilize recorded calls to provide ISR improvement feedback.
  • Increase lead generation to improve awareness, consideration, and market share (PINS/POPS)
  • Conduct quarterly account coverage studies for ISR territories, per line of business.
  • Harvest assigned accounts for product support, earthmoving, and rental sales opportunities.
  • Manage the customer onboarding process.

Work Conditions
  • Able to work standard five-day schedule, including daily overtime and occasional weekend hours as needed.
  • Meet all eligibility requirements to drive Company vehicles, including a current, valid driver’s license issued by the resident State, and maintain current motor vehicle liability insurance. 
Physical Requirements
  • Pass pre-employment background check, physical exam including drug screen, and meet all physical requirements for the position. 
  • Able to lift up to 20-50 pounds occasionally.
